Above are a few pictures of one of our Iron Fence restorations.This one was in the Northern Suburb of Northbrook. These pictures show the exact order of how the restoration takes place. First all of the Rust and failing coating is removed with an Abrasive Blaster. The surface will then be checked for extremely damaged areas. In the Second picture you will see our welder. He as cut out rotted areas and is welding on new Iron.The fence is then thoroughly solvent cleaned and Primed with a universal metal primer. The fence is then Electrostatically Painted (2 coats) with a High Grade protective and marine coating. This is hands down the best way to restore your Iron assets. We also use this same process on Fire Escapes, Juliet Balconies, Handrails, And Staircases.
