Above are a few pictures of our Iron Fence restorations. These pictures show some of the steps taken in this process. First all of the Rust and failing coating is removed by Sanding, Power tool cleaning, or sometimes Abrasive Blasting. The surface will then be checked for extremely damaged areas. In one of these pictures you will see our welder. He as cut out rotted areas and is welding on new Iron.The fence is thoroughly solvent cleaned and Primed with a 2 component Epoxy primer. The fence is then Electrostatically Painted (2 coats) with a High Grade 2 component urethane.This is hands down the best way to restore your Iron assets. We also use this same process on Fire Escapes, Juliet Balconies, Handrails, And Staircases.
